Camberley Cottage opened in October 2007 and provides specialist support for six people with learning and physical disabilities between the ages of 18 and 65 years.
Camberley Cottage is located in a residential area of Camberley and has a large, easily accessible garden for people to enjoy. All bedrooms are single occupancy and have ensuite facilities. It has been adapted to accommodate people who use wheelchairs and have other mobility needs, there is a lift for people to use to access the first floor. People living at Camberley Cottage are encouraged and supported to personalise their rooms to their own taste.
Staff supporting people at Camberley are highly skilled and trained to provide person centered, outcomes based approaches. Staff are trained to support people with their unique and often complex health needs and are able to provide high quality care. There is an emphasis on promoting meaningful local community presence for each of the people supported. There are good public transport links close by and shops and local amenities in a short walk.
